【写作思路】
口头公告
口头公告应该注意以下几个方面：
要有称呼用语。如：在正式场所用的Ladies and gentlemen,对学生用的Boys and girls 等。
要有开头语。常见的开头语有：
May I have your attention, please?
Be quite. There is something important I have to tell you.
You need to know.
I have something to tell you.
时态问题。口头公告是要告诉大伙马上进行的活动，因此要以一般以后时为主。
人称问题。口头公告常用第二人称表示被公告的对象。
要有结束语。常见的结束语有：
That’s all. Thank you.
Any questions? Does everyone understand?
书面公告
书面公告具备以下特征：
书面公告的正文上面的正中有NOTICE或ANNOUNCEMENT 标志。
在正文最后的右下角要写上发公告的单位或组织者的名字。
在左下角写上发出公告的日期。

在用口头下达公告时，发公告者一般要将听公告人的注意力吸引过来，这种表达容易见到的有：

【考试试题剖析】
2018年高考考试英语书面表达体裁为公告，替学校的“英语天地”邀请学生看英文短片Growing together。继2015年，2016年，2017年连续三年考查信件认识人写信之后，全国二卷考查了应用文中的另一典型体裁，内容为邀请电影有关的时间，地址的公告。学生对该题材和内容熟知，对词语的需要也相对基础。
纵览全国II卷英语书面表达，从题材上来讲，除去2014年考查了记叙文，十年中九每年平均考查了应用文，应用文占90%。所以考生在高考考试的英语写作的筹备中应当把重心放在应用文上，熟练学会英语应用文写作的几个有关专项，并且熟识高考考试英语基础词语。
【写作点拨】
英语书面公告的时态应该以一般以后时为主，多用被动语态、简单句。在公告中不应当过度的用法较复杂的词汇和读起来拗口的句子。
第二个注意点：层次必须要明确，一个层次要表达一件事情，使人看着一清二楚。
